I am passionate about developing people, organisations and businesses, and I am comfortable with the responsibilities that come with leadership. A cornerstone of my management style is involvement and delegation in all decision-making processes. In my view, this is how you build team spirit and mutual understanding.

Over the years, I have built up an extensive business network, both in Denmark and internationally, particularly within the food industry. The use of one’s network is often instrumental in achieving the desired outcome faster when a challenge presents itself.

Supervisory board
I have engaged in board work at companies large and small for more than 20 years, both as a regular member and as chair.

My board work is characterised by active participation, both during and between meetings, when I assist companies with special tasks or act as a sparring partner for the company executives.
